Fox, a tattooed bad boy rocker with a voice like whiskey and sin, and a touch
that could become an addiction.

{4 stars}
I am a huge fan of Nalini Singh's series Guild Hunter, so when I was offered a chance to advance read her new series, I jumped at it, even though Rock Romance isn't usually at the top of my reading addiction. It's a strong storyline, Rock God meets librarian and fall head over heels, but their combined childhood baggage pulled the story into the slow lane for most of the book. There just wasn't anything that made the story stand out or "special" in any way. Though Fox and Molly really know how to burn up the sheets....and the counter....and the sofa....and just about anywhere he can find. The band is great, brothers by choice, and they all have individual quirky personalities. But there didn't seem to be anything extraordinary about them or the story, nothing that hooked me in emotionally, and just made it an ok 3 star book. But I didn't give up and at the 80% mark the story took off for me and I changed my mind to the 4 star. We got a little bit of some drama that pulled Molly and Fox together into a stronger couple and gained my emotional attention. I really like Fox and Molly, they are an interesting mix, and the guys in the band promise to make this series a very interesting journey.
