We are so close to the end of this series, only one more story. And as much as I want to reach the end, I am afraid of what that will entail. Lili St. Germain has a way of story telling that draws you in, then flips you upside down. All those happy, dreamy, romance thoughts you had, GONE. What we get is two broken souls desperately trying to save themselves while seeking revenge on the man who took everything away from them. Tragedy after tragedy makes this seem more like a horror movie, but we get glimpses of what it could be like for Jase and Juliette before we are punched in the face with another cliff hanger. I think out of the 6 books so far, this one was the hardest emotionally. Jase and Juliette really have to reflect and come to terms with their collective pasts, what has happened to both of them at Dornan's hands, and be honest with each other. No more secrets. I'm on the edge of my seat wondering what will happen next, how will this all end?
